Moving down the scale, back at 146. Getting there! Only a few more pounds to meet my weekly goal! YAY! I really have nothing for today. Just remember to walk with your chin up no matter what. You were made in a beautiful way and are loved for who you are, not what you want to be. Getting to the point of who you want to be takes the mistakes you make and love you receive from yourself.
